Irrigation with Unusual Sources
Convener: Jack Gilron, BIDR
This session will cover the need to adapt agriculture to absence of appropriate water quality as the availability of arable land and water sources dwindle. It is intended to look at the use of unconventional water sources that can be harvested or treated to make them amenable for irrigation and the adaptation of crop cultivation to match the use of such sources.
