A compilation of the NASA Land-Cover/Land-Use Change Program’s projects on drylands agriculture over the world during the past 25 years will be presented. Results for different continents are compared. The data spanning the last 25 years from Landsat, MODIS and very high resolution sensors have been used. Prospects for advancement methods are considered
