Regular Priced 1 Day Conference Pass: Includes 1 full day of lectures & 1 lunch (not valid for Wednesday Tours) – 650 NIS
Regular Priced 2 Day Conference Pass: Includes 2 full days of lectures, 2 lunches & 1 dinner (not valid for Wednesday Tours) – 1100 NIS
Regular Priced 4 Day Conference Pass: Includes all 3 days of lectures, the tours on Wednesday 30 November, and all lunches and dinners – 1850 NIS
Students and R & D employees can purchase tickets at a 45% reduced rate for single day participations only which will allow access to only the lectures and not the dinners or tours- 350 NIS
All Inclusive for International Guests: Includes all 3 days of lectures, tours, lunches and dinners, and a shuttle to and from Ben Gurion Airport to the conference site, if arriving on Sunday, 30 November, and departing on Thursday, 4 December – 650 US Dollars (the amount will be charged in Israeli Shekels and will depend on the exchange rate)
NOTE:
Regular pricing will be in effect from 31 August until 15 November 2025.
Ticket prices will increase by 15% as of 16 November 2025.

Same day ticket purchases will be charged an additional 20%
There is NO discount on the All Inclusive price regardless of when the ticket is purchased.
Student/employee ID will be required upon arrival at the conference site.
Multiple single days can be purchased by a student/R&D employee to be used on separate days.
Note: 1-Day and 2-Day tickets can NOT be used on Wednesday, 3 December.
Tickets do NOT include accommodations.

NOTE – Cancellation Policy:
Registration can be cancelled until 1 November 2025 and a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
After 2 November 2025 there will be no refunds issued.
